The nose of this wine opens on aromas of ripe fruit such as Burlat cherry. Airing brings black fruit notes to the fore, especially blackberry, Burlat cherry and bilberry, along with a touch of mild spice. On the palate, a rich and smooth attack along with expressions of all the fruit on the nose leads into a full mid-palate with hints of cinnamon and a well-rounded, powerful finish.
